Resonate is the new album released by Eric Himan. The new collection of music is deeply personal and is reflective of an artist that whose music shows a maturation and a revelation of the man himself.
He is well known in the LGBT music circle and also has an advocate of LGBT issues. His discography includes albums and songs released since 2000. Himan actively tours and is also on tour this summer and in the fall for Resonate. Details can be found on his website at: http://erichiman.com/
Born in Charleston, South Carolina, he and his siblings were raised by his dad and his grandparents after his mother passed away. Eric’s musical talent came early to him when he was gifted with a guitar at a young age and his interest in music grew on him.
He has shared the stage with Cyndi Lauper, Duncan Shiek, and India Arie. His song “I Go On” was included in HRC’s compilation 2002 album along with songs from artists like Melissa Etheridge, Christina Aguilera, and the Dixie Chicks.
His songs “Bartender” and “Thanks” have been hits in Logo’s Click List and Sirius Radio’s OutQ station
I first came to know about Eric Himan listening to my favorite podcast, the award winning Feast of Fools. He was interviewed by show co hosts Fausto Fernos and Marc Felion. I have followed his career and enjoyed his music since that time.

I am especially pleased with his new album, “Resonate.” It is his best work yet. It is getting frequent rotation on the iPod section of my iPhone.
Eric is not just a great LGBT musical artist, he is a great musical artist overall. Visit his website or go and pick up his CD. It is also available on iTunes.
