The San Francisco and St. Louis auditions added more color to an already interesting start to this American Idol season. San Francisco seems to have pulled in more talent while St. Louis had more of the bizarre non talent. Maybe it was the editing.

Also, it may be the editing but new judge Kari DioGuardi is being shown as one biatche!  Of course, it is entertaining especially with her sparring matches with Simon.  I am getting anxious and hoping these city auditions will end soon so we can get to the Hollywood semifinals.

I also wish the non talent singer airtime would be cut even shorter. It has been so overdone now.

I did think that the standout performer from both cities with overall star quality was Adam Lambert from the San Francisco audition. We shall see what happens in Hollywood.
