First of all, I am simply amazed that no major music label has picked up one of the most talented artists to come along in a while, Tom Goss. He first caught my attention with his moving anthem of a song called “Rise.” Now I have fallen in love with his song about Love called “Till the End.” Again, Tom shows through his lyrics the universal sameness of love across gender lines, generations and sexual orientations. He captures the essence and beauty of everything love should be and hits the very celebration of Valentine’s Day itself. Beautiful!
Till the End is the first single of his soon to be released album Back to Love which is scheduled to be out April 7th. If you do not have any of his music yet you can download music from his site or got to iTunes. You will become a fan.
In an age of American Idol and cookie cutter artists, Goss is the real thing. He is a musician that is really a voice for these times. We need these voices loud and clear again in the music industry. I think we are thirsty for it. We are in very difficult times and music has always been a way to meet those challenges and to engage change.
This Kenosha, Wisconsin former wrestler and catholic seminarian and now out musician is just producing real art in his music. His songs hit the soul and speak to its rebirth.
