Spartacus : Blood and Sand slated to premiere on Starz in January 2010 is creating buzz for its realism in presenting both the bloodiness of that culture and the sexual mores that existed. There is even same sex relationships even though the culture at that time did not have the current social modern concepts that are being struggled with in society today.
Spartacus is gearing up to be the first big TV epic event of 2010.
