Lt. Governor Mike Cruz of Guam
Lt. Governor of the United States Territory of Guam, Mike Cruz -Republican, (also a Physician) has rallied behind a bill that increases taxes on Tobacco on Guam sponsored by Senator B.J. Cruz-Democrat. This is part of the Lt. Governor’s overall desire and ambition to eliminate smoking.
His authority as a physician and as a leader on Guam has added more fuel to this particular issue where smoking and health is a critical matter on Guam.
