Okay, sometimes you reach back to your childhood and remember a movie and think of a scene where you just lost yourself in smiling and laughter.  Mine was this scene from the musical, Mary Poppins.  I found it and I had to play it because I needed a laugh.  Laughter really just brings you back from any kind of sadness or slump.  There are times when I just love to laugh!
