Today, I witnessed history.  Our new President, Barack Obama ,  took the oath of office.  This was a great step for America. Not only because an African American became President, but because a great man with a great vision and leadership is at the helm.  Today, I think of the sacrifices of many of the unsung heroes before us who made this day possible.

Now our President asks us to take up our responsibility as  citizens and unite for the changes that need to be made.  His inspiring inauguration speech is below.
