Chamorro Sausage – Made in Guam
My favorite quote from the interview :
“You have got to enjoy it to do it!”
From the Pacific News Center:Guam- It’s a common fact that Guam imports most of its food products that sit in local retail stores. But thanks to a husband and wife team, the community now has another product that is not only locally made and sold, but can also be exported off-island.
You can find the B & O Island Style Chamorro Sausage at the Harmon & Yona 7 day supermarkets, Kim Chee store in Agat, the Manglona store in Mongmong, Onedera’s in Dededo and the Supermarket in Mangilao. Starting next week, the product will also be used at Joan’s Canteen next to the Department of Revenue & Taxation building.
Vodpod videos no longer available.
Have you tried KATSONS Chamorro Chorizo? You can see where to buy and eat is at their website. http://www.katsons.com
