A Saturday Night at Marlena’s

This past Saturday, I joined others to see Ana Mae Cox, one of San Francisco’s premier drag performers , at Marlena’s. Every Saturday night, the Hayes Valley Follies are held there. Joining Cox are some of the most talented drag performers in the city.

I find it to be a real good show and the audience is not only filled with LGBT fans, but also with a good number of straight fans. There are also tourists that come into see what has become a San Francisco tradition.
