Eli Lieb has one of those distinctive voices that you love to listen to when you want to be moved deeply by a song or songs, whether he is doing a cover or he is singing an original song. He recently released Young Love and which at its core is the undeniable human feeling we have in youth when we encounter love.

As a talented out music artist for a few years , he unabashedly shows how same sex young love is really the same as all romantic love. In a nation and world where steps are moving towards equality for LGBT people, music is often the first bastion of building understanding and sending the meaning that can clearly sustains the message.

Young Love has powerful poetic lyrics that reaches deeply and is further impacted by the images in the music video. It is a truthful piece of music which opens eyes and hearts. It shows us that Love is Love.

“Perhaps one of the keys to understanding Lieb’s intuitive sense of melody and insightful candid lyrics has to do with his lifelong practice of Transcendental Meditation. Raised in an environment in which he practiced daily, he was taught as a child and has been meditating daily since. Eli describes it as a very different upbringing, which he is entirely grateful for: “meditation allows me to go through life with positivity and joy and makes me feel a deep connection to the underlying currents that we are all a part of.”
