Yearning

Yearning…

For a place where distance does not separate hearts and possibilities…

Where words on a screen can be translated into warm whispers into my ear…

Where pictures become a living face to brush my hands against…

Yearning for the warmth that is missing in my heart…

Still Yearning

For  the youthfulness of my heart to transform older bones….

For the poetry of my feelings to translate to the purest song….

For you to feel it like the enduring rain quenching the thirst of drought stricken flora…

Yearning for the realness of me to touch the realness of you…

Always  Yearning…

For what seems like impossible odds to become so possible…

That the emptiness of my heart will be filled by the fullness of yours…

That doubts will fly away into the surety of real happiness…

Where the only yearning is just having more time to spend with you…

  2. Wonderful! We all are always yearning for that special someone, to be able to do things for them, to just be with them. Great poem! You really bring out the feelings well.

  3. have a fun weekend.

    hope to see you tomorrow…

write a poem related to the theme, 7 sins, or link in a random poem as soon as we are open, the result would be better when you act early and are well prepared.
