Love is on the Way

LOVE  is on its way

by JP Leddy

A chance meeting by accident…

Holiday magic in the air…

Immediate attraction and chemistry…

Twinkling eyes matching the lights that are strung…

I cannot believe what has happened…

A holiday movie script come to life…

Is this blond man before me kissing me…

Is my heart singing jingle bells…

Holding hands through the streets…

Noticing no one else…

Except the season that is around us…

Cold outside but  warm in our souls…

Our hearts excited by it all…

A new star of hope rises…

Perhaps love is on its way…

  3. Aptly put as a script, if only it could be played out more often without the magic of ink and “papermate”. I enjoyed the read~
